It’s a synergy of body, spirit, and careful guidance – we already have what we need to heal, but not without a little external help to usher it in and pave the way to what is already within you.

Inspired - To Nurture and Care
As a teenager I discovered some intuitive abilities and had a natural knack for massage and energy work – and was very inspired to help people – friends became beneficiaries of my desire to help facilitate healing. Still young & untrained, it was always at center of my heart to become part of a healing community, where I could facilitate health happiness and rejuvenation.
As happens to many of us, I became caught in the hurry-up world of making a living & followed a meandering career path. Then, at work, a strange yet inspiring event took place. A coworker who knew nothing of my interest in and passion for massage and healing said, “Chris, for some reason I think you should be a Massage Therapist I don't know why you keep popping into my head like that. Have you ever done massage?” I considered that a sign. When the job ended a week later, I decided that sign was my answer. I felt this was an intervention – as one door closes another opens. So I went to Massage Therapy school for a year full time, it was intense, but I graduated and have been State Licensed and Nationally Certified for the 15 years since.
Also over many years, I became familiar with Reiki & other energy modalities, elevating them more fully when I became a Massage Therapist. Through the Reiki Council Group, I met & trained with Connie Harris who has since passed. A humble & delightful being, Connie touched thousands of hearts throughout her life & beheld the beauty in everything. She trained with amazing mentors & teachers, traveled the world, & was even adopted by a Hawaiian Shaman as his daughter, as the only way Hawaiian Elemental Healing can be passed down is in-family. Her guidance & mentorship informs my approach as I guide clients to their own healing.
Treatment Modalities
Each session is unique, and I work within the comfort range of each client. Therapeutic Massage which includes Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Release, Muscle Stripping and more, is often used to address specific physical conditions, all of which enhance physical movement and well-being. However, it’s important to note – though selecting a specific modality when you book helps give us both an idea of how we will collaborate – treatments are typically not segregated into just one technique or another. My goal is to use techniques that best achieve your desired results.
Though Energy Work, such as Reiki may come through in any session, as the energy naturally flows through me as an opportunity to enhance healing – specific energy treatments can be booked separately and customized to your needs. Please ask for more information.
