Though Energy Work such as Reiki may come through in any session, as the energy naturally flows through me as an opportunity to enhance healing, specific energy treatments can be booked separately and customized to the needs of the client.

JAPANESE REIKI:
Reiki is a Japanese healing art that involves working with universal life energy for self-healing and healing others. The word "reiki" can be translated as "universal life energy." Reiki is a simple and natural healing technique that promotes balance, healing, and well-being. It is a non-religious practice that can help with relaxation and letting go of negative emotions.
The Usui System of Reiki Healing, also known as Usui Shiki Ryoho, is a specific form of Reiki that was founded by Mikao Usui in Japan over 100 years ago. Usui Shiki Ryoho addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels of a person, aiming to restore harmony and wholeness.
Reiki is passed on from Master to student through teachings, practice, and initiation.
REMOTE HEALING:
Remote Healing is energy work done with you the client at any location you may be and does not require me to be with you in person. Depending on your comfort level, this could be by phone or with no contact other than a check in by text – to affirm you are ready. Please ask for more information.
